林思玲教授（111.8.1∼迄今）

本系創設於民國94年，當時為全國第一個文化創意產業學系。在歷屆系主任及全體教員共同努力下，本系在教學、學術研究及校外服務上均有傑出的成績，各屆畢業生也在各行各業有著亮眼的表現。因應快速變化的就業環境，本系著重於培養具有多元且韌性的文創人才。本系具有全臺灣文創相關科系中專長最豐富的師資，所有課程都為培育優秀人才而打造。此外，透過教師校外產學合作及其他校外服務的機會，可為各種文創學理引入實務經驗，讓學生在校的學習即能與實務接軌。對於在大學畢業後想要繼續升學的學生，本系教師也擁有卓越的學術研究與發表能力，可指導培育優質的研究人才。本系全體教員將竭盡所能，為每一位選擇屏大文創系的學生提供最佳的教育，成就每一位莘莘學子充實幸福的人生，讓學生都能成為社會國家的棟樑。

Prof. Szu-Ling Lin (since Aug. 1st, 2022)

This department was founded in 1994, when it was the first department of cultural and creative industries in the country. Thanks to the joint efforts of previous department chairs and all faculty members, the department has achieved outstanding results in teaching, academic research and extramural services, and graduates of each year have also performed brilliantly in various industries. In response to the rapidly changing employment environment, the Department focuses on cultivating cultural and creative talents with diversity and resilience. The department has teachers with the most expertise in cultural and creative related departments in Taiwan, and all courses are designed to cultivate outstanding talents. In addition, through the opportunities of teachers' off-campus industry-university cooperation and other off-campus services, practical experience can be introduced for various cultural and creative theories, so that students' learning at school can be connected with practice. For students who want to continue their studies after graduating from university, the teachers of this department also have excellent academic research and publication capabilities, and can guide and cultivate high-quality research talents.All the faculty members of this department will do their best to provide the best education for every student who chooses the Department of Cultural and Creative Arts of Ping University, so that every student can have a fulfilling and happy life, so that students can become pillars of society and the country.
